At SLAK our goal is to help you improve your performance through scientifically designed programs.
We specialize in balance, and we also focus on agility, speed, coordination and strength training.
We design programs to cater to any sport or fitness goals.
We help you become your best!
The ability to move around or over an obstacle depends on your brains ability control your muscles to navigate your surroundings. We have hundreds of agility combinations.
Research shows that in 6-8 weeks of balance training can significantly change the brain in the areas that deal with memory, cognition, spatial awareness, coordination, stress and decision making.
Strength is dependent upon muscle/joint stabilization. At Slak we focus on the intrinsic muscles to create dynamic, functional strength.
Flexibility is the ability of a joint or series of joints to move through an unrestricted, pain free range of motion. Although flexibility varies widely from person to person, minimum ranges are necessary for maintaining joint and total body health.
Coordination is the ability to select the right muscle at the right time with proper intensity to achieve proper action.
This entails more of a skillful result than leaving it to chance.
Meet The Team
Dr. Will Munoz
Hi, I'm Dr. Will, I am a lifelong athlete who decided to become a Chiropractor, raise a child and pursue this passion of helping others become their best in whatever they do. Slak training is somethings that has changed my life and put me in the best shape of my life, mentally and physically. You can do it too. Enjoy the process and stay balanced!
Whats up, I'm Alex! Since I was 8, all I ever wanted to do was skateboard. Soon after I turned 18 I dislocated my leg at the knee. This event spiraled me into a wave of health including a cleaner diet, positive thinking and strength/explosive training. I found myself trying to help others who've been struggling with injuries. Now my goal as a trainer is to help you become injury free, your best self and an even greater athlete!
Hey, I also go by Mario! Growing up, sports and exercise was a backbone to my lifestyle. It always challenged me allowing to push myself and grow. I want to stay strong and healthy for my son as well...Influencing positive actions. I have always enjoyed working the body in ways that increase its mobility.
