Senior Training


The Senior population is very important to Us here at Slak CLE.  We know that balance is a huge issue as we age and Slak CLE is here to help.

The research shows that the Senior population is most at risk for death due to a fall.  It is very important for our Seniors to work on balance training on a regular bases.  This will not only improve physical balance but will also help memory and cognition as well.

We offer a General Senior Training Classes, Team Training as well as Individual One-on-One Training.
