Specific Training is all about focusing on a one or more areas of training.
Specific areas of training could include increasing your vertical, speed, balance, agility, strength, coordination and any area of concern.
Our goal is to tailor the workouts to specifically enhance that specific area of opportunity.
We are not a replacement for a coach or skills training, we are a supplement and actually increase the athletes ability to be coached better.
We also offer Mindset Coaching, Chiropractic and Nutrition to further increase and enhance the body's physical and mental abilities.
