Youth Training

Whether you are an Athlete, Musician or just a striving Student, the training and services we provide will help you gain the edge you need to become your best.

At Slak CLE, we offer a Youth Training Classes(ages 6-17).


Our Classes include;

 Multi-Sport Training(all-around athletic training)

Sport Specific Training(customized training for a specific sport)

Specific Training(specific areas of improvement, i.e. 'increase vertical, speed and one-on-one sessions)

General Fitness(general fitness classes, open gym, circuit training, blazepod fitnesss)

We also offer Mindset Coaching which involves improving the individuals mindset towards themselves and life in general.  We know that mindset is 90% of success and is crucial for stress management and improvement.


To keep the body functioning at it's best, we also offer Chiropractic and Nutrition.  Chiropractic is beneficial in restoring the proper function of the joints, muscles and nervous system to optimize the bodies ability to function at it's best.  We couple that with movement and proper nutrition and we see the best results.

The key to muscle coordination starts in the brain.  Our unique approach puts balance at the top and is incorporated into everything we do.

Speed and Reaction time is paramount in athletics and in life.  We use techniques to train the brain as well as the body to increase speed performance.

The ability to move around or over an obstacle depends on your brains ability control your muscles to navigate your surroundings.  We have hundreds of agility combinations.



Strength is dependent upon muscle/joint stabilization.  At Slak we focus on the intrinsic muscles to create dynamic functional strength.

Coordination is your brains ability to move your body through space smoothly and precisely.  We use techniques to enhance that ability.
